Evangelism without preaching to the choir

Some Christians might look at Christian Women Today, notice the comfortable familiar Christian words on front and inner pages: ‘prayer’, ‘repentance’, ‘saved’, etc., and say, “Ah, this is an evangelistic site. This must preach the Gospel.”

In fact, this site is designed purely for Christians. Its companion site, Women Today Magazine, produced by the same team, is actually the evangelistic one!

A comparison of the two sites is very instructive in understanding how to effectively reach out to non-Christians, who may well be ‘unchurched’ and have little knowledge of, or even interest in, the Gospel.
